A Cinematic Digital Home for Victorious Pictures
How 11:11 Designs worked closely with actor, writer and producer Clive Standen to transform an ambitious 11-project entertainment slate into a distinctive, scalable digital experience.
Stories built to move.01 · The assignment
More than a production-company website.
Victorious Pictures is an international entertainment company co-founded by actor, writer and producer Clive Standen and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The company needed a digital platform capable of doing several jobs at once: introduce its identity and leadership, organize a growing collection of original properties, and create clear pathways for production inquiries, partnerships, press, rights conversations and creative-development opportunities.
The site could not simply catalogue projects. It needed to establish a world around the company and communicate the scale of its ambition from the first frame.
02 · The central challenge
Eleven distinct worlds. One unmistakable company.
Preserve individuality
Every property needed enough room to establish its own genre, tone and visual identity without fragmenting the larger experience.
Create clarity
A substantial cross-format slate had to remain understandable to producers, partners, press and other industry visitors at a glance.
Design for growth
The underlying system needed to accommodate new properties, formats and opportunities without requiring the site to be reinvented each time.
03 · Creative direction
Building one identity around many kinds of stories.
Rather than borrowing too heavily from any single title, the creative direction establishes Victorious Pictures as the constant. Deep black, oxblood red, warm ivory and restrained gold create a cinematic foundation, while strong condensed typography supplies pace and presence.
The vertical navigation, confident scale and carefully controlled motion make the experience feel closer to an opening title sequence than a conventional corporate website. Within that framework, each property can introduce its own imagery and personality without losing its connection to the parent brand.
Built for screen.
Editorial typography gives the story room to breathe while condensed display type supplies cinematic force.
04 · Designing the slate
The portfolio became the experience.
The central design problem lived in the slate. Eleven properties spanning film, television, unscripted entertainment, publishing and games needed to feel expansive without becoming overwhelming.
The solution treats the homepage as a trailer and the slate as the deeper experience. Visitors can quickly understand the range of the company, then move into individual properties when a title, format or visual world captures their attention.
Consistent navigation and page architecture hold the system together. Variable artwork, tone and content allow each project to retain its own identity.
05 · Built for business
Cinematic on the surface. Practical underneath.
The finished platform pairs a high-impact visual experience with a flexible WordPress foundation designed for the everyday realities of a growing entertainment company.
Purposeful pathways
Clear routes guide visitors toward production inquiries, partnerships, press, rights conversations and other opportunities without making the experience feel transactional.
Scalable architecture
Reusable project structures allow Victorious Pictures to expand its slate while preserving visual and editorial consistency across the site.
Maintainable publishing
The custom Divi system gives the company a manageable publishing workflow without sacrificing the bespoke quality of the front-end experience.
Stories built to move.06 · Working with Clive
Creative ambition, translated through collaboration.
Bryan Alexander of 11:11 Designs worked primarily and closely with Clive Standen, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Victorious Pictures, to translate the company's creative ambition into a focused digital experience.
The collaboration combined Clive's deep understanding of the company, its stories and its future with 11:11's approach to strategy, narrative and design. Ideas were tested against a simple standard: did each choice make Victorious Pictures feel more distinctive, more coherent and more ready for what comes next?
The result is a digital home that reflects the scale of the vision while remaining practical to manage and expand. Clive later shared that Shaikh Nasser loves the finished website, an especially meaningful response to a project built to represent their shared company.
Your stories deserve a digital stage.
